Anything about using the product, billing, account access, or technical issues — write to support@rolepilot.app. We typically respond within one working day.
Privacy queries and POPIA requests
For requests under POPIA — access to information we hold about you, correction, deletion, complaints — write to our Information Officer at support@rolepilot.app with "POPIA request" in the subject line. We respond within thirty days as required by law. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
Security disclosures
If you have discovered a security vulnerability, please report it privately to support@rolepilot.app with "Security disclosure" in the subject line. We do not publish a bug bounty programme yet but we acknowledge responsible disclosures and credit where the reporter prefers.

For press, partnerships with medical schemes, indemnity insurers, switch providers, laboratories, or technology integrations — write to support@rolepilot.app with the topic in the subject line.
Early access
Request early access via the form on the home page. We are onboarding a small group of South African private practitioners as founding members.
